Day 1

Day 1-A photo of yourself and a description of how your day was.

Hey look, its me!  So I went searching for a picture of me and realized that I really pretty much don't have any.  Well, there is this one of me from Thanksgiving...in my sweats...holding my niece in her little kangaroo pouch carrier thing...I decided to spare anyone who might look at my blog from that one.  Although, I could probably make myself look bomb.com with picnik.com.  Holy for coolness, that site is amazing (and maybe a little teensyweensy bit addicting).
Just an FYI, this picture is from almost a year ago
(told you there are no pictures of me anywhere!)
I had a weekend to myself and decided
to do my hair all cute
and get dressed all cute
...and go to WalMart.
Because thats how cool and exciting I am.

And now for part two of today's assignment.  Umm, well, today was pretty much a regular day for me.  Here's a breakdown of what was going on at different times throughout the day:

7:00 alarm is going off
7:05 alarm is going off again
7:10 and again
7:15 and again
7:35 running on the treadster, watching the Fresh Prince
8:45 eating yummy yummy cereal for breakfast
9:00 showering, but not washing my hair
9:20 doing my unwashed hair and make-uping my face
9:55 walking to class
10:05 sitting in my usual back row seat, listening to the weirdo girls sitting in front of me, making awkward eye contact with my pretend boyfriend
10:15 pretending to listen to my teacher while actually sudokuing
11:15 walking home
12:00 retrieving the nephew from his nap while listening to the niece throw her 8th tantrum of the day
12:30 making PB&J cracker sandwiches for the kiddos and microwaving a gut bomb for myself
1:15 cursing the DMV lady for telling me they can't check my eyes for my mail-in license renewal form
1:30 calling local optometrists to see if they can check my eyeballs
1:45 sending the screaming nephew to his room for a nap
2:00 convincing the niece its time for her nap
2:30 still convincing the niece its time for her nap
3:00 realizing she finally fell asleep and (quietly) shouting hallelujah
3:15 getting sidetracked by freecell
3:30 playing with picasa and picnik.com
4:00 annoying the heck out of any readers by giving them a play-by-play of my boring day
5:00-ish playing with the niece and the nephew
6:00-ish eating dinner
7:00-ish learning how to read to children (is it really that hard?) at Relief Society activity night
8:00-ish laughing at my friends and myself while trying to country dance

And really, thats about as far ahead as I can think.  Today was pretty much just school, kids, and making phone calls, with a dash of socializing, served with a heaping helping of laughter on the side.
